Terrible customer service. Called these guys with the opportunity to bid on a 6 figure commercial job 5 days ago and left a voicemail 4 days ago after not getting a response. I called back today to get an update and see if it was normal policy for a customer to wait 5-6 days for a response. Girl who answered the phone was rude and had this to say, (owners daughter) “well my dads been running this business successfully for 30 years”Good example of a business that has been around a long time and doesn’t care about customer experience anymore.Ended up going with a newer company that still has a name to make. Glad I dodged the bullet with this company. Terrible business practices.

Horrible!!! Used them last month and paid close to 400.00 to what I thought would be fixed. Not even 1 month later the problem happens AGAIN only for him to tell me it will be over 1,600 dollars to fix. When I question him about what he fixed for me last month he stated " I don't know" then hung up the phone on me and will NOT answer my calls. I feel I have a right to know where my money is going not to mention it is EXTREMELY unprofessional to hang up on a customer.

I called originally because I had Mayo Heating and Air come out, they misdiagnosed and lied about what I needed, I called Jayson's out they said I needed a new unit, came out a day and a half later and installed, did a beautiful job looked like it came with the house, they are very reasonably priced, friendly and went out of their way for me. If you are looking for a reliable heating and air conditioning company call Jayson's I know I will be in the future again. Thank you guys you are terrific!!!

I called originally because I had Mayo Heating and Air come out, they misdiagnosed and lied about what I needed, I called Jayson's out they said I needed a new unit, came out a day and a half later and installed, did a beautiful job looked like it came with the house, they are very reasonably priced, friendly and went out of their way for me. If you are looking for a reliable heating and air conditioning company call Jayson's I know I will be in the future again. Thank you guys you are terrific!!!

Jayson’s heating and air is hands down the best hvac company in north Florida South Georgia. Let’s start by saying I was not referred to them by anyone and didn’t know of them or the company. I found them on google. I was actually referred to 3 other companies and still chose jayson’s and here’s by reasons I’m happy I did. #1 they offered to come same day I called. (No extra fees attached)#2 The Lady I talked to the 6 times I called was very professional and helpful. Anytime she needed to find something out and call me back she always did promptly.#3 THE MOST IMPORTANT!!! They are HONEST!!! When I called them I had a diagnosis already from a friend that said my compressor was bad. I relayed the info to the company so I would know exactly how much I’m going to be spending. The company gave me a quote and I gave them a go ahead to start taking out the compressor while I picked up the part (it was under warranty from the company I bought my hvac unit from). As I’m on my way to valdosta they called (within 30 minutes) and said it was fixed. It was something else called a capacitor and it was $500 Cheaper than my original quote.To me in this day and age that speaks volumes. They have gained a loyal customer for life. I will also be referring family friends and colleagues if they are ever in need.
