I initially reached out to this company to assess a noise emitting from my unit. A technician came out and diagnosed a failing but functioning compressor and recommended replacing a valve as well. I agreed to replace the compressor since it was under warranty but not the valve. Multiple weeks go by without a phone call or visit. I then call back, and we are able to get it scheduled. Two techs came out to install the compressor, and after installing it, I'm told that now I need to replace the valve due to a possible negative effect on the compressor. I asked the techs if the unit was functioning right now without noise, and the response was yes. Going according to their recommendation, I agreed. After removing the valve, it was revealed that not only do they not have the replacement part, but it will be two weeks before they can get the part. So now I have an air conditioner that's completely down. When I stressed that my kids' bedrooms are all upstairs, including a 1-year-old, I was met with "Well, you have a downstairs unit." So I'm expected to move my family into the living room for two weeks? Later, I received a call back and was told that they had a floor unit that they could bring over until the part came in, which I agreed would be better than nothing. The loaner floor unit has a drain tube at the bottom that was not installed or is missing, so now I'm dealing with soaked carpet that will need to be replaced. I don't expect amazing service, I don't expect a company to go above and beyond; all I expect is for you to do what you said you would do.EDIT*** Team came out today and got unit back running.
