Our technician, Sonny, was very knowledgeable, timely, and polite!! He did a great inspection of our water pipes, but we needed a valve replaced in a difficult shower head and was unable to do so in the same trip. The problem was the company said it would be free of charge to have him out again to get everything lined out. Then, a manager called me the same day Sonny was scheduled and wanted to charge me full price.. again!?!? They finally honored what was initially agreed on and we would pay for the valve itself-but they said we would also have to pay for likely damages resulting from replacing the valve...

Our AC went out and after a sweltering night we made the emergency call. Michael came right over this morning and had everything sorted out in under a half-hour. Friendly, courteous, competent, and upfront on the costs. Nobody get five stars from me but this was pretty close.

Hayden Powell was outstanding correcting our HVAC issue.He is professional, courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable.He quickly identified the issue and had the problem fixed in short order.He even completed a check of the rest of the system to ensure there we no other immediate issues.Ashley in the office is very competent in answering questions and even helped us get setup with a maintenance program that is cheaper than callouts for our older system.Overall, very impressed 👏
