Within 10-15 minutes of checking our cooling system he was able to locate the leak then he showed me exactly where he found it in the external tubing of our condenser. Seth also sent me videos of the meter alerting and the bubble test. Indoor Comfort Experts was the 4th company to come to my house, all previous companies could not locate the leak and just tried to sell us a whole new system to cover up their inadequacies. Because I am going through my home warranty company I do not have the option to choose who comes out or who does the repair. If I could choose the company myself, it would be them. If I ever have any work outside of a warranty claim, it will be Indoor Comfort Experts!

I spoke to them several times regarding a date and time to come out to take a look at my A/C. I informed the woman who answered the call that I would need someone to come when my husband was available, which is before 12:30pm because he has to leave for work. She made the appointment for 8am to 12:00pm. I was sent a confirmation text for the date and time. Apparently, they changed the time on us and lied and said that the wrong time was given by our warranty company. The warranty company provides the time given by the company doing the work genius, and since I never spoke to the warranty company but called Indoor Comfort Experts directly, that would be an impossible task. So, when I called them at 11:56am the day of the scheduled appointment to see if the technician was on the way, there was no answer, so I had to leave a voice message. A few minutes after I received a call from a male thinking it was in reply back to my call earlier. As I proceeded to discuss the time, he got an attitude and told me that I was wrong about the timeframe. Apparently, he was the technician who also rudely made it clear that he was a supervisor and that my point was moot because he was 15 minutes away. When he told me that I told him ok then just come because at the request of the woman I made the appointment with, I was told to shut my A/C off for 10 hours so we need this done. After that, I located the text message confirming the date and time and sent it to him, letting him know here is a text confirmation of the appointment as well as what I was told by his company. After showing him what I was told and received, he proceeded to text me, "Either way, it doesn't matter, my end shows 10-2." I then informed him it does matter to the customer. After that, he sent several other texts. So, I called Indoor Comfort Experts and got the woman I spoke to Chaney and informed her of the unprofessional behavior I was receiving from the technician Seth and the fact that I spoke to her last week and made the appointment through her for 8am to 12pm. She stated that was correct, but apparently, there was a mixup and apologized for it. Well, Seth finally showed up with the same ugly, unprofessional attitude and stated he was not going to come in and take a look because if I'm still upset with him then it doesn't matter what he does, I'm still going to give him a bad review. He also kept saying I was angry because he was 15 minutes late, which was another lie. I was upset because of the way he spoke to me and handled the entire situation. The sad part is if he had shown a modicum of professionalism and had actually fixed the problem, I wouldn't have written a review at all. But instead he decided he would continue being disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. I just looked at other reviews for Indoor Comfort Experts, and wow, a lot of them also complain about the rudeness and unprofessional behavior from the employees. I also put in a complaint with my warranty company. Take my advice, you don't want these people coming into your home. They are definitely not dependable or trustworthy.

This was the text I sent and then they cancelled our appointment. Beware of them especially if your service is through a warranty company. The good news is, I was able to get a faster appointment with somebody else. “Well the appointment process was very difficult. I called this morning and was asked if they could call back in a few minutes. They didn't. I called back a few hours later and couldn't get through. I left y'all an email on your website and no call back. Called again just now and the best you can do is Tuesday. It's almost 100 degrees and the ac is out. I hope your service person is better than your appointment process.”
May 23, 2025 · Cathy TostoIndoor Comfort Experts up graded my two story home from one single ac to zone ac, it was a big job in my eyes. they isolated my existing ac to down stares only and installed a new 2 ton air handler and condenser unit for upstairs. the work that was dune was top of the line and the crew was very professional. the rep from ICE (Colton) was very knowledgeable he came and laid out the plans for all that needed to dune me and my wife were very impressed by this young man. The owner of ICE William took the time in multiple emails on how the electrical had to be to support the extra unit. Office personnel was also very professional. The new ac works better than we could have imagined, were so glade we went with Indoor Comfort Experts.Thank You all

They did not fix the issue for my father and upon speaking to my dad he said he did reach out to them but whoever picked up said to reach Homeshield. He did call Homeshield and and they sent him a satisfaction survey. He gave them a 1 star because there wasn’t anything fixed and no he was not satisfied. This company was offended and no longer thought they were a fit company to fix the issue instead of making things right. The girl said on the phone tried going back and forth about how my dad should’ve been the one to call them which he did. Very disappointed how they handle their customer service.
