Unfortunately, that has not been the case.I called on Thursday (7/24) afternoon to schedule a tech to check our AC that had completely stopped working. I spoke with Laurie, who scheduled us for any time after 12pm on Friday—totally understandable that same-day service wasn’t possible given the timing of my call.But Friday (7/25) came, and by 12:30pm, I still hadn’t heard anything. When I called to check where we were on the technician's schedule, I was told that the tech had not shown up for work. When exactly were they planning to notify me? If I hadn't called, I never would have known.Laurie then offered to reschedule us for Monday (7/28) — completely unacceptable considering our home was 89 degrees and it was the hottest weekend of the summer, with temps well over 100. I told her not to bother rescheduling, but that I wanted to speak with a manager or the owner. She said she would pass the message along and that the owner would call me.It’s now been almost a week, and despite multiple follow-up calls on Wednesday and Thursday, I have still not received any communication from the owner or anyone in leadership. Every time I call, I’m told the same thing: "I’ll send him a message."We ended up calling another HVAC company, and they came out within hours and resolved the issue — no service agreement required.One of the main reasons we purchased the service agreement was to get discounted service calls and a percentage off repairs, which we obviously didn’t get because we had to go elsewhere.It’s clear that customer care and communication are not priorities for this company. I really wanted to support a smaller local business, but this experience has shown me why sometimes you have to go with a larger company that values customer satisfaction and accountability.I absolutely do not recommend this company. We will be canceling our service agreement and taking our business elsewhere.
Aug 01, 2025 · Kerry RainaldiWe started using Hospitality 12+ years ago and had excellent service. We purchased a system for our first house, a system for our new house, and a system for a relative. However, service changed during the past year. First of all, it took several days to get service when our heat went out back in the winter of this year. Second, when we called in May for semi-annual service on our AC unit, they were not able to provide the service until August 13th despite having a service agreement which we had in place for several years. Third, our AC went out in June and it took three visits for the technicians to correctly diagnose the issue. We were informed the parts were being ordered during the third visit. After not hearing anything from Hospitality for several days, I began calling and left several messages with Gene the owner which were not returned. He finally returned my call and said the parts were ordered from Texas and he would call me the following morning to provide an update; which he did not. He finally text to inform me the parts were shipping and would arrive 2-4 business days. Since we had already been without AC for over 2 weeks, I called a recommended HVAC company who came out, ordered the parts, and had our AC fixed in 3 days. We did finally receive a call from Gene on July 2nd to inform us the parts had been backordered and were being shipped. Of course, we told him we no longer needed the parts or service. I would not recommend using this company.

In 2021, I chose Hospitality for a new HVAC unit installation based on their competitive pricing and strong warranty. For the first couple of years, their responsiveness and reliability were excellent. Unfortunately, that level of service has drastically declined.In June 2025, my upstairs unit went out, and the experience trying to get support was frustrating from the start. On Monday, June 16th, I began making calls to their listed service number at 8:02 AM, only to find they weren't accepting voicemails. I called again at 9:25 AM and 10:26 AM, leaving detailed messages both times with no response. I even submitted a service request through their website's "Contact Us" form—still no reply.Eventually, I called a different Hospitality number around 1:37 PM and spoke with a customer service person, who was helpful and scheduled a service call for June 18th. The technician arrived as expected, was professional, and diagnosed the issue as a bad blower fan. He confirmed the part needed to be ordered but could not provide a timeline for when it would arrive.The next day, June 19th, I called to follow up and was told the part was ordered and typically takes 2–3 days to arrive. I was advised to expect a call by Monday, June 23rd, and if not, to follow up on Tuesday.On June 24th, I left two more detailed voicemail messages—one in the morning and one in the afternoon—and even sent a text to the same number they had used to text me about the original appointment. Again, no response.In total, I made six phone calls, submitted an online form, and sent a text message without receiving a single call back. In desperation, I requested the owner’s mobile number and was warned he likely wouldn’t answer but might respond to a text. I followed that advice—and never heard back.After over a month of silence and no resolution, I had no choice but to turn to another local HVAC company to fix the issue.While I once recommended Hospitality Heating and Air, I can no longer do so in good conscience. Their complete lack of communication and accountability left me without air conditioning during the hottest part of the summer. Proceed with caution.

Was with these cats for 3 years no problem but had my dad AC repaired but pan overflowed after new system causing the Ceiling to leak they came back to repair the leak and it was fixed, but they said we are not concerned with damaging your ceiling. They also stepped through the drywall as well, never mentioned it. Tried calling Gene the owner for over a month with no return call. 🏃♂️ Was informed by a worker that use to work there and this is what she posted on the pic below for all to see on Facebook. I now believe her. I hope I never run into these vehicles on the road. #IJS. I will get mine I guarantee 💯 you by all means necessary! Dont play bout my $$, somebody pocket gonna pay. I will never sit on someone trying to get over on me our my family, best belive dat! Always believe in you will pay now or it may cost you in the long run. 😉

From the looks of other recent reviews, this is clearly a business in severe decline.Here are the bullet points, but I'll give a little more detail for those that may find it helpful.1 - "Hospitality" eventually weaseled out of their contracted seasonal service visits.2 - "Hospitality" left the new owner of the home out-of-pocket by weaseling out of their (supposedly) transferable warranty.& now the story for those that may find the details helpful.WOW, how things have changed. A few years ago, I needed a new HVAC unit for the elderly aunt I was caretaking for, & chose Hospitality after looking at over half a dozen other companies. The price was right, the service contract was a good offering, and the reviews were encouraging. Things started great...they honored their preventative service contract dutifully. I would receive calls to set the visits up and emails following up before the visits. This went on like clockwork for the first 2 years, but eventually they stopped calling. I figured I must've misread the contract & the visits were supposed to stop after a time. When I found that they should still have been occurring, I called & was told that they now send out automated email reminders & that I had to contact them to set up the visits. Of course, these form emails went straight to spam...which was my fault for not noticing.The worst thing was that after my aunt passed, I called "Hospitality" to make sure that the warranty would be transferable when we sold her home. I was assured that it absolutely would be transferrable and given no stipulations. The home was sold with that assurance in mind, but 3 months after the sale of the home, the unit failed. The new owner contacted me b/c "Hospitality" wouldn't work with him b/c the warranty was voided since nobody called to transfer ownership within the allotted time. He was told he was 30 days over the limit...even though this requirement was not mentioned to me when I called about the transfer of ownership.
