May 04, 2025 · Chris HallKeith is DA MAN! He was kind enough to take us in last minute on Memorial Day weekend to evac and refill our RAV so our kids wouldn’t have to keep on sweating through the heat over the weekend. He is full of jokes (but he can be all business if you want him to lol) and he took great care of us in such a friendly and timely manner. Very knowledgeable and straight forward with what needs to be done and price is extremely reasonable.

Jun 08, 2025 · Nick LackeyWell, I’m honestly not sure of how to rate my overall experience with Keith, the guy who owns/runs this place… I’ll just give you both sides of the story – Both the good and the bad. First the good… I have to give credit where credit is due; when I first talked to Keith and he came to my home to take a look at my older (almost 30 years) A/C system which had developed a freon leak in the coil in the inside unit, he was able to find a replacement coil very quickly (after two other A/C repair companies couldn’t/wouldn’t), and he and his two assistants came back and installed it and refilled the system with freon within a couple of days – No problem at all so far. The price was a bit steeper than I had hoped it would be ($2,000) but, well, it was fairly hot weather outside at that time, so it was worth it to me. And of course before they left that evening, he told me the usual “Now if you have any more trouble with it, just give us a call…” thing. After a few days, I did notice another little issue – the capacitor that controls the refrigerant pump in the unit outside seemed to be going bad, since the pump wasn’t always running when the rest of the system was on, and at those times it was just circulating air, but not cooling or dehumidifying it. So I gave Keith a call to tell him about it. Now, to be totally fair, I found out later that, the day I called, both of his assistants were off that day and Keith was having to take care of all that was happening at the shop by himself, and so was more than a little overwhelmed and aggravated. But anyhow… When I called and he finally came to the phone, he put the phone down *twice* while I was trying to explain my problem, leaving me talking to dead air – and then hung up on me! I decided to take a ride up to the shop and see if I could make any headway with him in person… When I got there he just all but ignored me, even after I reminded him about hanging up the phone on me just a little while earlier – Very unprofessional and poor business practice, especially with someone who had just paid him *$2,000* ( a fair chunk of which I bet was pure profit) to get his A/C working again! He did say that he would call me the next day (a Saturday) right after lunch time and come back over and see about the trouble… but the next day came and went – No call, nothing. So then he was supposed to “try” to get back with me about it yesterday (the next Saturday) – Still no call, nothing. I guess he figures, hey, I’m just one customer among many, and he already has my money, so to hell with me. I think that maybe another part of it is that, with me, it’s my *home* A/C and not my *car* A/C, so it involves him having to come to me instead of me going to the shop… So anyhow, to sum it all up – The guy has been working on home and auto A/C systems for years and years, and obviously knows what he’s doing… But if you hire him and then have a follow-up issue about the job that needs fixing, be prepared for poor treatment once he has your money, or if you happen to catch him on a bad day as I did.
