When I arrived home the next afternoon nothing on my HVAC system was working. Ended up getting a CERTIFIED technician where he informed us there wasn’t anything wrong with our heat pump. He had the whole thing up and running in less than an hour. Long story short, DO NOT use Henry’s!

Get online and try to push the attitude problem back on the customer that called and woke you up 2 hours after you were scheduled to be there. Then acted like I had the audacity to wake you. I had no attitude over the phone because I needed help. It’s called accountability man. Or did they not teach you that when you got your license?
