Exavier was our tech for another electrical need today and did an awesome job. It’s so obvious that he wants to ensure customer satisfaction with the electrical work he provides. I will definitely be calling GreenBox for any future electrical needs I may have and will also request Exavier Salazar and Ted Kiser (who came out the first time a few days ago). I appreciate professionals who are easy to work with and want to ensure the customer is pleased with their work.Side Note: I had never heard of GreenBox until Matthew with Kentucky Barns gave me Ted’s name to get electricity connected to our new Kentucky Barns buildings. Ted was the one who wired both of our buildings. I’m so glad I followed up with Ted and waited for our harsh winter to be over so he and Exavier could do what we needed.

We had a great experience with GreenBox Home Services! In the middle of a brutal heat wave, our AC system stopped working properly and we were scrambling. While we couldn’t get someone out immediately, GreenBox scheduled us for the very next day—which was a huge relief. Matt came out and did a fantastic job. He quickly assessed the issue, explained that the system just needed to be flushed out, and answered all of our questions with confidence and clarity. I had these guys install units to two different houses. Fair prices. I would recommend to anyone. Had a small issue with one unit but had a quick response and quick repair. Very thankful for their service.
