A friend used this company a few years ago and recommended them and apparently their standards aren’t the same as they were then they came out to fix my mom‘s air conditioner they told her what they thought the problem was she asked them about how much would it cost he would not give her an answer he told her that the coil needed to be clean which he did and he told her it would be $150 which I thought was a little pricey to clean a coil but we went ahead and paid him a hour or so later the house was still hot in fact it was 84° I tried to call him back which he did not answer my mother is 79 years old and it was too hot for her to stay in the house. I called someone else they came out to fix the problem and it was something totally different so, the next day I called the Gray’s air conditioner Service back and told him what he did yesterday did not fix the problem he got irritated with me and told me. Well that’s not what your mom told me that was wrong with it! I told him so we just paid you $150 for nothing and he just hung up on me wouldn’t even talk about it. I don’t think the $150 should be completely refunded I think we should’ve just at least been charge for a service call so therefore I do not recommend this place I think sometimes when you get a certain age you need to pass the torch on to someone younger. This man is 83 years old and older than my mother. He should know about people that are on a fixed income.
