I’d previously had relatively positive experiences with this business. However, my most recent experience was my last.I brought my truck in to be serviced towards the end of the week. Like any other time, I’m anticipating to be contacted once the service is complete.1. They couldn’t find out what was wrong with my vehicle.2. They refused to do any other services until they could find out what the major issue was (they never found out so they completely disregarded the smaller issues that I asked them to fix. Just because you can’t fix my starter, I can’t get an oil change?)3. I was never contacted when they finished the service.I called days prior just to check in because I hadn’t heard anything and this was unusual. I was assured that they were working on it and I’d be contacted the next day. Two days pass and nothing.I call back and I’m told that they tried to call me. They didn’t leave a message, didn’t try any other methods of contact, and my phone had no record of the company calling me. After I hang up with them and I’m headed to pickup my truck, I receive an email telling me that they’re done. You didn’t fix the main issue and you kept my truck an extra day and a half.I took the truck to Pridgen Tire and they had it fixed in less than 24hrs and were nice enough to call me.

I had an excellent experience at Firestone! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options clearly. My tires were installed quickly, and they made sure everything was balanced and aligned before I left. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the service was efficient from start to finish. I’ll definitely be returning for future tire and maintenance needs!

This place really goes above and beyond for their customers. Manager was super friendly and gave me a great deal on some work when I came in for what I thought was a simple brake job that turned out to be much more.Can't recommend this place enough. Incredible service, especially considering what is usual for Rocky Mount.

This place rocks!! We experienced a catastrophic failure of our front right tire going down I-95 at 70mph. Alyric Terry was an exceptional associate who went way out of the way to help us find a very specific tire size we needed (aftermarket wheels and tires) and made sure they were able to get us back on the road the same day. When the original plan looked like it wouldn’t happen because the warehouse the tires were coming from acted like they couldn’t support our needs, Michael Ahrens supported Alyric in getting the necessary people moving to ensure we were able to meet the deadline. Vernon Davis went the extra mile to help get us back on the road by installing and balancing the tires and was super friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have made this trip without them.

I recently went to get scheduled maintenance done to my 2015 Camry, since the purchase of this vehicle Firestone has been my only place I have allowed to service my vehicle. Upn leaving this location, I heard a weird noise coming from one of my tires, sounding like it was flat but it wasn't flat. My tires are fairly new, so and I have never heard any noise from my car until this moment. It was near closing time so I decided that I will return tomorrow after I leave church. I returned and asked the guy to look at my tire and explained what happened and what I am hearing. It was like 2p in the afternoon and said he doesn't have time to even look at it. And to bring it back. After setting an appointment, I inspected the tire myself because and to find a huge screw in it, what was not worn meaning I had just picked it up. I got it repaired because the tire was too new and with the repair it should be fine. I called back to Firestone to let them know what happened and the guy I spoke to didn't even care just said I'm sorry you feel that you picked us a screw on our property. I asked was there anything you all can do he said no. Now I am upset, because it was fine driving on the property, but the tech drove car around their building to pull into the garage. When leaving I heard the noise and pulled over immediately to figure out what was going on. I asked that they need to inspect their property for screws and some type of compensation for the tire repair. Be warned that these people are not accountable. Until there is some type of apology and compensation for this error on their part, I will not be returning and anyone thinking about driving into their property watch out for screws!
