I made my appointment online. I called bc I never got a response. Micheal was so nice and explained i did have an appointment. Their system had been having issues. I got there and he was just as nice in person. They do a thorough inspection. The mechanic did a great job on my brakes.

My experience at the Meridian Ms Store was the worst I have ever had in my years of doing business there. An appointment was made for a tire rotation, alignment check, and low tire repair at 9am this past Monday. As I have to every time, the employee taking the appointment and the service writer at the desk were both informed that, once the tires were rotated, the pressure had to be readjusted to keep the TPMS warning from coming on. Here's what happened:1) Even after making an appointment, my truck was in the shop 5 1/2 hours for these simple procedures (Absolutely unacceptable with an appointment t)2) I paid for the "tire repair" and left (the rotation was free on my Firestone tires and the alignment was under a lifetime contract).3) on the trip home, it became evident they did not adjust the tire pressures as needed as the TPMS warning was on.4) on Wednesday I went to adjust the tire pressures myself and realized that the tire I paid to have "repaired" was still leaking so I went back to the shop.I informed them of both the improper pressure adjustments and that the repaired tire was still leaking. They agreed to fix both.5) 2 hours later they showed me the tire, indicating the sidewall was damaged and I agreed to buy a new tire. They installed it, I paid for it, and left, requesting my old tire to take with me.6) pulling out, I immediately realized they had NOT adjusted the pressures AGAIN and proceeded home. When I arrived, I inspected the allegedly leaking tire and found no evidence of a leak OR the plug/patch I paid for on Monday. Back to the store again. The "technician" also didn't have the center cap on properly when the tire was replaced.7) the service writer examined the tire, agreed that it had not been patched as I had paid to have done, and the manager agreed to refund that.8) I then asked for compensation for 2 return trips and 2 hours of my time on the second day and was refused.9) this comedy of errors was compounded by the FACT that I was lied to and ripped off for the tire repair that never happened. Add to that my lost time and travel/wear-and-tear on my vehicle and I'm seeking recourse thru corporate Firestone.10) I didn't expect them to reach into the til and hand me cash for my time and travel but an offer to knock some off the price of the tire I bought (and likely didn't need) should have been the bare minimum.You can feel free to contact me if you would like to settle this before it is shared with the world.

I would leave TEN stars if I could! We had such a positive experience at Firestone in Meridian! Michael at the front desk went above and beyond to help us when our truck broke down while traveling. Even though their mechanic couldn’t get to us until the next morning, he had us pull our truck inside the bay so our belongings would be safe overnight. He even recommended a hotel and made sure we were taken care of.Michael was super friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful—exactly what you hope for when you’re stuck away from home. We are so grateful for his kindness and care. Highly recommend this Firestone location!
