I went here and requested that my speedometer needed a diagnostic test, the mechanic said they could do it. Now, I had to wait longer than expected. finally I asked the front end what is taking so long cause it’s just a diagnostic, after he went a spoke to the mechanic, thats when the mechanic plugged a machine into the car to run codes. Then I got to talking to front end and I asked if I could have a print out, he said there printer wasn’t working, then i asked could you email diagnostic results to me and he said we are not allowed to. Then I asked where is your manager and he said one of the mechanics in the back is the closest thing to a manager, cause the actual manager is not in. I said I need results specifically on my speedometer and guess what he said, the diagnostic does not do the speedometer. Then he said the mechanic was going to do further diagnostics. Then I asked does this check my speedometer and he said NO. They weren’t even going to consult me to do a second diagnostic, I only found out cause I was talking to front end. Things became clear these people were doing whatever the heck they feel like doing. Thats when I said get my car out and I’m unhappy. Not pleased with these people. To save me time and aggravation they just should have been straight with me and said diagnostic testing does not test the speedometer, specifically. They wasted my time, Would not suggest this place, and definitely precede with caution.

Listen, when I tell you Anitra made my day today. Baaaabay, she came through!! She was working in 1,000° temperatures (the AC was being repaired), but she was handling business. My baby, Ruby, needed new shoes..four to be exact. I started my search and tried to find the least expensive tires that I could find. I chose Firestone because they offered so many discounts/rebates, and it’s local.I chose the “economy” tire to save a few bucks, but when I got to the store and saw them I wasn’t sure. I left Ruby to be serviced with everything as is. On my way home, I called the store to see if there was a better tire that wouldn’t be too expensive. Anitra told me about a sale that starts in a few days, but I didn’t want to wait. So, I proceeded with the same service.When I got there to pick up Ruby, I paid the amount that I was quoted and left excited to see Ruby’s new shoes 😂. Y’all, I looked at the receipt before I even got to Ruby and I noticed it said she got the Firestone Tire package. I had to double check 👀. When I got to Ruby, I looked at the tire and saw it wasn’t the “economy” brand. I almost took off running 😂😂.Anitra saved me almost $250 using the coupons/rebates that they’re offering and Ruby got some REALLY NICE shoes for the SAME price!! Go see Anitra and the Firestone crew. They’ll take care of you like family. Oh, the air is back on too 😂😂.
