This Firestone location is the worst shop I have ever done business with. The managers are rude and don't care about customer issues unless you complain to corporate. I have to go back for a third time to get something fixed that was supposedly taken care of in March and it is now August. When the customer pays then all sorts of extras and preventative repairs and maintenance is offered. On warranty work, issues seem to be ignored since hey, it doesn't help the shop's bottom line. Their excuse is simply that cars break down, but conveniently enough, it's the issue I have with the work they did and nothing else. The service manager tries to evade responsibility and the GM is rude and patronizing as he also tries to evade responsibility. At this point I wouldn't trust them to do anything else anymore. This shop's practices have them headed towards serious problems when their laziness causes an accident on a poorly done repair. Do yourself a favor and just keep driving and stay away from this place unless you have time and money to waste. I wouldn't take an old clunker here for a basic tire check, much less taking my daily driver back for a serious repair.

My tire was losing air, so I took my car to the Hopkinsville Firestone. Upon inspection, Mike showed me a nail in the sidewall of my tire. John quickly repaired my tire, and even though it was a little busy, they never made it seem like an inconvenience to do so. I always have good experiences at this Firestone store, and this was no exception. Many thanks to Mike and John!

I was towed in due to an accident on the freeway. The technician has been really great. He’s been honest and upfront and very helpful, and he’s been working tirelessly with everyone else here to get me fixed up. I feel bad for all the trouble my car has been for them in the few hours I’ve been here, but they said they’d rather make sure I’m taken care of and leave in a safe car than not. *That* is excellent service. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. They’ve been really great to me.
