It took them a staggering two weeks to "diagnose" the problem – a diagnosis that ultimately revealed nothing. After this absurd delay, I was hit with a $450 bill for this non-diagnosis, a "diagnosis fee," and parts (a new fan belt and tensioner rod) that clearly weren't the solution. What was most infuriating was their admission that they could not fix it and could not tell me what was wrong.Left with a still-broken vehicle and a significant hole in my wallet, I had no choice but to have my car towed to a reputable dealership. The dealership, within a matter of hours, quickly identified the true culprits: two loose bolts and a bent bracket. That's right. Two loose bolts and a bent bracket were beyond Firestone Brunswick's capabilities to find and fix in two weeks. The contrast in competence is appalling.To add insult to injury, within days of giving my credit card information over the phone to Firestone Brunswick – the ONLY place I had used it that week – my bank notified me of a suspicious transaction: someone attempting to run a $30 VIN check for a vehicle on a website with my card. The timing is far too coincidental to ignore, and the implication that Firestone Brunswick's handling of my sensitive information may have led to this fraudulent activity is deeply disturbing. Told it would be between 2-2.5 hours for an oil change. At 2hr45min I asked that I wanted my keys that I wouldn’t be waiting any longer. Sales associate went to garage and was chasing and joking with a mechanic who wasn’t working and came back in and said they were working on it. I looked in the parking lot and my truck hadn’t moved yet. Do not recommend this location. Workers are unprofessional and their actions show they have minimal, if any respect for the time of their customers.

Took my vehicle to Firestone after noticing some clunking in the front end. They diagnosed the issue quickly and got it repaired at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. You’ve got to remember it’s a repair shop, not a fast food place—good work takes a little time, and they got it done right. The staff was helpful and also showed me the Firestone credit card, which turned out to be a great deal. Overall, solid experience and I’ll definitely be back when I need more work done.

We had a flat tire late on a Sunday afternoon, while traveling home from vacation. We called over to Ryan at the store, who was so friendly and accommodating for us to come in immediately. When they looked at the tire, it was unrepairable due to the hole in the sidewall. They quickly provided an affordable replacement tire, and we were on our way shortly after. I would highly recommend this store!

Great and friendly people. My truck needed an alignment, couldn’t do it because of some parts needed replaced. Replaced the parts and other shops said they wouldn’t do the alignment on my old truck. But the guys here took care of me and now my truck is perfect. Thanks again
