He completely ghosted me. No callbacks, no replies to my texts, just left on read for two months straight. I’ve reached out countless times and he has ignored every single attempt to get support. This is not just bad business—it’s cowardly.Now the real damage is showing up: leaks have started coming through the roof, and once again, no response from Jack. Not a word. We are a dental office serving patients in our community, and now we’re dealing with the fallout of his sloppy, irresponsible work.
