After several days of having various companies out, I remembered a commercial I heard on The Ticket… local sports station. I called Elmer’s and from the very beginning, these guys did more than all the other places combined. Chris came out first and stayed until after 9 pm. He would have stayed longer, but we told him to get some rest! Chris went above and beyond throughout the entire process. So much so, he was even checking on me after the install. Honestly Chris was our first impression and he instantly created an environment of trust.After working on several issues, it was determined that we did, in fact need a unit. Jason came out and explained things and we worked with my budget.Brayan and Eduardo were incredibly efficient and were able to diagnose and fix issues that have been unseen for years. They worked tirelessly and really took care and pride in their work. I feel like they treated us like this was their own home. After the inspector came out, Gabriel, they gladly came out and put in a required wire. (Gabriel the inspector gave me some helpful tips AND also was super helpful and friendly.) When I saw Brayan again for that appointment, he was smiling at my door and asked me how I liked my unit. He genuinely cared. That means a LOT to us. Everything was done in a day and it was super impressive.We had the duct cleaning service as well. Also a great team. Elmer’s have GREAT workers and hire the best in my opinion! Everyone is super helpful and care about their job, as well as the job they are doing for you. They repainted some of my vents after removing AND cleaning them. We feel like we already are breathing easier.Elmer’s was and IS amazing! I would recommend them to anyone needed air conditioning services. They do much more, and they will be my go to people concerning household issues. We are so happy with a working system for the first time in 3 years! We bought this house 4 years ago and honestly, I think inspectors missed the install on this BIG TIME. But thank goodness for ELMER’S! I am super happy with the install and the product itself! It is refreshing to have a company that still cares about customer service. Great job ELMER’S TEAM!
May 12, 2025 · Craig JWe wanted to try this company out due to their great reviews and business model. I called and scheduled an appointment for a tune up for our 2 systems. They said they would be here in between 2 and 3 -- we waited all afternoon and no one showed up. Granted, I should have called to see what was going on, but it doesn't bode well if we ever have a problem with our systems and they no show on us. We are also business owners and this needs to be improved upon. I won't be trying them again.

Both really awesome and knowledgeable with all the questions I had. They answered them very professional. They cleaned up any mess that they had made and they both walked me through everything that I needed to know. They asked me if I have any questions took the time to answer all my questions. They did not rush through doing their job to get home. They were here for almost 11 hours .They double checked the work , they communicated together well .I felt very comfortable talking to them and having them in my home.Elmer’s communicated the whole way ,before they got to my house and while they were at my house, they kept me up-to-date while I was at work. 5 stars .highly recommended.
