This boomer literally describes her own behavior in her own response to this. What kind of business owner lays out personal attacks in the review section?? 🤣 RUN don't walk away from this business. )Customer service just wanted to argue and I just needed to talk to someone who knew something about the system to help me troubleshoot. She was totally patronizing, argued with me, was defensive, and dismissed my frustrations with how badly this system was installed. They charged my elderly parents $10k for this system and it doesn't even cool the upper floor, the humidity is building up from the vents and ruining the hardwood floor, and the system keeps going out. All-round disappointed with our experience with this company so far.

We have had an issue with our furnace's duct work that caused restriction of heat/ac in one of our rooms for the full decade we have lived here and never thought it could be helped. I called Economy Furnace and received a prompt appointment for an estimate. Not only was Damon early for our appointment, but he was able to do something quickly that fixed the issue right then and there. All those years of putting up with lack of air flow was fixed in moments by someone who had expert knowledge for a solution! We appreciate the professionalism, friendliness, and hands-on problem solving that was not drawn out even one more day for us. Thank you, Damon and Economy Furnace!!

This review is going to be a long one so if you don't read any further than this sentence, trust me that Economy Furnace is absolutely top notch in every way.Our basement recently flooded and ruined our hot water heater and furnace/AC unit. We had four companies come out and provide estimates, and Economy Furance was by far the most affordable option (not kidding, they came in at less than half the cost of the highest estimate we received).But, we didn't pick them solely because they had the lowest cost. First, Damon came out to perform the estimate the same day we called, and he was the only person to spend a significant amount of time inspecting the damage and making sure that everything needed to be replaced and couldn't just be repaired (it couldn't).Second, all three other companies encouraged us to upgrade the size of our furnace/AC as they all said it was too small for the size of our house. When we asked Damon to include the upgraded unit in his estimate, he advised us against it as our ductwork wouldn't be able to handle it. And finally, Damon was the most professional and friendly person we met with. We could tell he felt bad about the situation we were in and just wanted to help. He offered to come out the next day to replace our hot water heater even if a crew wasn't available.We signed the contract and just like Damon promised, we had hot water again by the next day, and a new furnace/ac unit the following week. Each crew was professional, friendly, and did a fantastic job. Overall we are so pleased with the entire experience, and have peace knowing that if we need help in the future, we've found a company that we can trust to be affordable, prompt, professional, and just all around top-notch.

They were here in less than 24 hrs. That was pretty fast considering the heat wave we've been having for 2 weeks. Diagnosed and repaired in 15 minutes. Very impressed with the service provided. Price was reasonable and fair. I would recommend them for all HVAC needs.
