Ten years ago, EASCO installed our unit. Great service then, great product, but all good things come to an end. So we called EASCO and 2 other competitors for complex estimates, while we waited to see what, if anything, the home warranty would do (nothing). So, after all the estimates, research and just learning, we called Josh T at Easco to draft a different proposal. He came right away, wasn't bothered by our changes. Gave us three options. We picked one and he helped us do the financing and we were good to go. The Easco crew of Zack, Eric and Luis arrived on time, at 7am and worked tirelessly to do the installation which included removal of the old system and components, and moving the system to the attic. They were here 13 and 1/2 hours. Easy to work with, expert knowledge of all three technicians. Topping it all of, they cleaned up all the debris, vacuumed completely, explained the new thermostat to my husband and left us with a working air conditioner. I have used easco for several years and they always reply quickly. They are professional. They have turned two house that could barely cool or heat into nice places to live. They also added blown insulation into the attic with immediate results in this summer heat. Thank you .

I have used Easco since 2021 and I have been extremely pleased with their service. Today, Irvin (Technician) responded to my call to address a drain line issue. He was very thorough and he quickly determined and corrected the problem. He was also very courteous and polite.

Nicholas Little the tech from Easco came promptly to do our annual cooling system check. He explained in detail some of the work that could be helpful to avoid future problems. No pressure, just the facts. I am going to have the upgrades that he suggested done. My relationship with Easco has not always been smooth, but they always go the extra mile to correct problems and give great customer service.
