Paid Scott (dixon and kee) $14,000 for a hvac system. He would not finish the job. Ignored phone calls. Ignored text messages. It wasn't until I threatened him with disputing my credit card charge and filing a lawsuit in union, wv against him and his company that he finally finished the job. This went on for months.Just recently, (which was a couple years later) I called Johnathan, who works for this company to look at the system as it stopped functioning. He did come out and figured it to be the main board was fried.He said it was under warranty and would get it fixed. Again nothing. No communication, no answering text messages or phone calls.So after weeks of being ignored, I called total tech hvac in lewisburg. They informed me that Dixon and kee never filed my warranty with mitsubishi. Unbelievable.Additionally, the board was fried because Dixon and Kee never put the surge protector on the system.I ended up paying total tech for repairs and I will never look back. Dixon and kee are worthless, unreliable, uprofessional and honestly not trustworthy. At least, I would never pay them in advace and trust them to do what they were paid to do. Thank you total tech for ordering the board and repairs in less than a week.
