June 20, 2025 Update: Jacob Huffman installed a new outdoor ceiling fan for me today. He also replaced a decrepit outdoor electrical outlet and installed a new outdoor outlet on my patio. He is just a joy to work with. He kept the work areas tidy and took extra care to seal the outlets to the vinyl siding. This time the ceiling fan had a separate receiver that was a bear to install and he was patient and got it done!! Nathan is INCREDIBLE - he was so polite and explained everything he did during the service appointment. He also wrote out quotes of what we needed to do and even offered to call his supervisor to see if discounts were possible. This guy deserves a promotion!! Incredible customer service.

We hit a waterline in our hair salon putting up some shelves. Dilling plumbing was one of two that answered at 7:30pm, they got a lot of information from us. Called us back first thing in the morning a little before 7am 🙌🏻 was at our place of business around noon. Thank goodness it was an easier fix than we thought. Russ was absolutely AMAZING! He kept everything so clean while he was working and also helped us put our heavy W/D back. We will definitely use them again if need and refer them out to our business neighbors. Thank you Russ you were great!

Jason and Will did a phenomenal job installing multiple fans and outlets in our home. Some were complicated due to the build of our home and they were thorough and did a great job. They were also so kind and courteous. We would be happy to invite them back for more work in the future!

We had a great experience with Trent Childers today. He helped to make our new Nest Thermostat functional and the house is cooling down. Yay! Honestly, so far all the technicians we have worked with from this company have been top notch. Very impressed. You never know what you will get with a membership service but I have to say it's been a very positive experience to date.
