Zach was attentive and spent the time necessary to figure out what the problem was with my air conditioner. He came to my house 2 times to properly diagnose the issue. He was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Zach was very knowledgeable and very thorough. I highly recommend Dayton’s and Zach!Riley was very sweet! She called me every time there was a cancellation in order to get someone to my house sooner. She is so pleasant and did the best she could to answer any questions I had when speaking with her over the phone.

Jerod did an amazing job on our repair’s (AT&T drilled into our wall and damaged our geothermal main wire during internet installation). Jerod was very helpful, answered all the questions I had, showed up on time and cleaned up as he worked. I highly recommend Dayton’s heating and cooling for Geothermal install (we had them install ours 17 years ago) and any heating and cooling issues/repairs. Rylie (receptionist) was super sweet and very helpful as well. She offered us a same day appt due to a cancellation on their schedule (we weren’t available), she got us on the schedule the next day. I give them ten gold stars!!!!! Thank you for everything!!!! 🤩 We’ll definitely recommend Dayton’s to family and friends.

Started with Riley that made our appointment. Very professional on the phone. Customer service is not easy but Riley did a great job. This is our second meeting with Zac. He helped with putting the system in our house. I was pleased that he was the tech that came to check our system a year later. Dayton's is a great company to do business with. I could tell how much his knowledge has grown since year ago.
