Contacted Danco about replacing my heat pump. They sent a technician out and he looked at the area we were heating and cooling, took measurements and asked what temperature we wanted to maintain in summer and winter. We have 2.5 ton unit and he said a 1.5 ton would work but suggested a 2 ton unit for extreme weather. He asked if our old system ran short cycles and I said yes it did. He said it was better to run a longer cycle and the unit would last longer from doing fewer startups.Went with the 2 ton heat pump. The technicians arrived and removed the old system and installed the new unit in about 6 hours. Did a very thorough job and cleaned up the area when finished. The technician went over the insulation and operation of the unit with me. The new unit is much quieter than our older unit. The unit in the attic looks great but did not take a picture because I forgot my phone.Very pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend them.

Long story short, if you have the same experience I just had with Danco, you won't accept or use anyone else.I was originally quoted on a 2.5 ton heat pump from a local competitor. Aaron came in to give me a quote and not only did he do a more thorough inspection, but found an issue which was bothering me that the other company didn't even notice. After Aaron and I had discussed my comfort levels for both of the Texas seasons, he told me that a heat pump would be a waste of my money. Who does that these days? Most if not all companies would sell you the Cadillac and take the money and run. Well, Danco did not do that. These folks came in and told me exactly what I needed to achieve what I wanted out my HVAC unit. Not only was it $2000 cheaper than there competitor, but they also did not have to replace the attic plenum which the other company said I needed. Turns out what rust was being seen was only surface rust and did not warrant replacing a $1300 part. That makes their quote $3000 lower than their competitor and , in my eyes, I get a better, more trusted, and reliable unit in the Trane system. Now unfortunately, Ryker did accidentally leave with my bathroom floor mat, but he was just being diligent and respectful cleaning up the mess and rolled it up in their lay down tarp.Yes folks, the worst thing that happened was my bath mat disappeared. 🤣🤣🤣 This was a good laugh for everyone involved and I would gladly sacrifice a bath mat for the service provided.Danco, you are a stand-up company that obviously has morals, ethics, and a sense of what good business is. I couldn't possibly be happier with my entire process and I will not hesitate one second to call you when I need anything HVAC related.Kudos to you and all your crew. Give them all a pat on the back and take care of them, good people are hard to find.

So I had a massive leak coming from my a/c and let me tell you. Austin Boetger needs a raise and a promotion. Austin was super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional and lightning fast. First off greeted me with a smile and a handshake. I explained the issue and went straight to work. Found out that when my brand new a/c was installed wasn’t wired correctly so my system wouldn’t turnoff when there was water detected and my pipes were clogged due to the fact the route the pipe for drain ran was poorly done. Austin fixed the wiring and piping for drain and did some other things. And like I said Austin worked lightning fast and was on time. Anyone reading this needs to request Austin Boetger. Two thumbs way up. Oh I almost forgot, he completely cleaned up after himself. Screw other HVAC companies, Danco is the way to go!! Austin Boetger definitely sets the bar for others to reach for. Thanks Austin!!!

I can’t say enough good about our first time experience with Danco. We needed a dehumidifier replaced and the first one they got in failed at no fault of their own. They stood behind the work, took out the one that failed from the manufacturer, installed a new one and tweaked the AC system to be able to function well with the new dehumidifier. Every single tech they sent out was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly in a way that made sense to us non-HVAC folk. Truly great customer service from the whole company. Shout out to Robert for going above and beyond with our geothermal system, he knows his stuff. And to Tiffany and Laurel in the office — you were patient and understanding, making scheduling and communication so easy. It was really nice to catch one of the two of them each time I called in. Thank you Danco! We look forward to using you in the future.
