They were called out by our home warranty to look at our ice machine. Tech came in, unplugged the fridge, plugged it back in and said we needed a new board. Was here less than 10 minutes. Was told 2 weeks for part, heard nothing. I called after a month and was treated poorly but told part was ordered. Received 1 follow up phone call that the part was back ordered due to the parts shortage. Never heard from them again. Ice machine worked intermittently so i tried to be patient. Extremely patient!! 11 months later ice machine is kaput. I ordered the parts and installed myself

If we could give zero stars we would for the technician, Jim, at County Refrigeration System (CRS). We have had a washer claim with them since end of October. Two times CRS did not come out when they said they would (had to work from home on these dates, so frustrating). We kept having to call them. Jim kept giving us different stories about why the part was not in and literally lied to us about it being delivered to a wrong address the night before but he would have it first thing the next morning (not possible that fast and he could not give us the tracking number for the shipment). Jim kept "confusing" us with another customer.When he finally arrived, he was rude to us and smelled like an ashtray. He kept complaining that GE told him the wrong part and now he is out all sorts of money. He worked on our machine over an hour and broke the concrete balast into pieces. He kept slamming things down and finally the younger tech (sorry don't know his name but he was the complete opposite - polite and respectful). The young tech said Jim did not even have the front control panel put on right. Jim left our laundry room dirty with water and concrete pieces around. Long story short, our washer machine still does not work and we are out more money. We have never experienced such lack of professionalism, rudeness, and incompetency with a home repair! DO NOT USE CRS!!!!

County refrigeration service was called out by our home warranty company to fix our four year old refrigerator that had stopped cooling . Took them two business days from being called by our home warranty company to arrive . They took a guess at our problem and replaced a part to no avail . I called them back to report problem not fixed , and they ordered another part without even coming back out to look at the refrigerator again . I was notified a week later , only after I called them , that part was on back order due to National parts shortage . I never heard back from them again . After 3 weeks I filed a claim escalation with my homeowners warranty company . After 5 weeks I filed another escalation , and cancelled the service request, as well as my homeowners warranty , as I had to buy a new replacement refrigerator. All in all , a very unresponsive, unprofessional, unreliable company .
