I called they finally got someone out here said the unit was fine that it might be duct work and said they would get someone out to check it i called back several times and and they kept saying it might not be today probably tomorrow and that went on for a week I never heard anything back from them I was without Air-conditioning in the hottest part of summer with 3 children I would recommend McNeese service company
Jun 30, 2025 · Jennifer VidalThey were here within 2 hours of calling and had our A/C back up and running in 30 minutes! Luckily it was just frozen up and had a dirty coil! But if you need someone to help figure out what it wrong with your unit or you need a new unit, they are the ones to call! We have used them at our other house we lived in for 7 yrs and we’ve lived in our current house for 3! And their staff is very friendly! And their prices are lower than anyone else in the area!!!

Jul 04, 2024 · Shelley EvenerClint’s was hired by my general contractor to do the plumbing and HVAC on my home. I am very pleased with the overall outcome, with the exception of the work performed by Clint’s Air Care. Our first night in the house we realized our drains weren’t working. Clint’s responds the next morning and determined they left the test ball inside the drain upon inspection. This was funny as it was a simple mistake that anyone could make. Later that evening while washing dishes we realize there’s water flowing onto the floor from underneath the cabinet. When I look into the cabinet I can see daylight through the bottom of the drain and realize that the garbage disposal was never secured in place. A few nights later as I’m brushing my teeth I literally watch the drain fall from the basin and into the cabinet below. Upon inspection I can see that the PVC collar was over tightened and cracked as well as the drain itself. Finally after getting settled in we get a chance to use our new gas stove/oven that we had been so excited to get. None of the burners function properly and the oven was putting out large amounts of black smoke and a noxious gas odor. Upon speaking with customer service and troubleshooting it was determined that none of the orifices were placed in the right location. Also, a gasket that must be installed per the manufacturer to properly seal the gas line into the appliance was never installed.We had requested a tankless water heater; Clint’s recommended that we installed an exterior model for the purposes of ease of maintenance and in case of malfunction it’s not to flood your home. This unit has froze up anytime the weather drops below 30 degrees and has since installation. Clint’s has been out numerous times to safeguard the unit from freezing but to no avail. To prevent it from freezing we had gotten accustomed to running our dishwasher at night before we went to bed to ensure it would cycle hot water for several hours. Once it warmed up I decided to line the pipes under the house with heat tape to prevent this from happening going forward. Once I open up the service cabinet on the water heater I immediately see that all of the fittings inside the unit seeping with water. The insulation material inside of the cabinet is saturated and from moisture retention the inside of the cabinet had started to rust. I then go under the house to see what was going on that I couldn’t see from the exterior of the home. I had not looked underneath the house since the completion of the project. I immediately notice a main truck line was pinched in half by a gas pipe since installation. This was restricting the flow of the air at least 1/2 from the very beginning. Further down the duct there was a busted strap from where it was tasked to hold up a huge bulge from where the duct was pinched. Where this strap had busted it had caused gaping holes to open up on the duct. I immediately called my general contractor and he notified Clint’s. I had never once heard from Clint personally or a representative of his company so I wanted to send him an email to express my frustration and give him an opportunity to correct things. I was hoping that he would have a desire to rectify the matters if he directly heard my grievances and felt my frustration. I received a phone call from Clint, finally. He was very dismissive of the issues and was quick to offer excuses. He blamed the hired hands and even touted that he had since fired the employees that screwed up my job. He rushed to get off the phone but promised to make matters right. He sends out a young employee to correct matters and he then ensures that the unit is leak free and should no longer pose a freeze risk. After 2 days I can see that the unit is still leaking from inside. A phone call to Clint’s and he himself steps foot on my property for the first time. He determines the unit to still be leaking and orders parts to fix it. But not before breaking more parts on the unit, himself. Nobody at this company has any pride in their work. Clint’s has been instructed to not return.

I called Clint and within 24 hours of a phone call Omar called me to discuss what was wrong with the unit. 30 mins after the phone call he showed up at my house to figure out the problem which the motor went out. He quickly ran out to get the new part and within an hour it was all fixed and running cold air. We are extremely pleased with the service and I would highly recommend this company. We will continue to use them for basic twice a year maintenance and as needed. Thank you again for top notch customer service!!!!
