He made recommendations on how to keep my AC in good condition. Michael arrived on time and performed all the requested work. He wore shoe covers to avoid tracking dirt in and explained in detail the work he completed.

He not only explained everything clearly to me, but he was also incredibly patient and helpful when it came to dealing with my home warranty company. Really great experience with my maintenance appointment! I had previously used Airtron when under my warranty and found them terrible at answering my questions and fixing my issues. My tech from thus company was prompt, communicative, and very thorough at his explanations. While he offered additional services and recommendations, he was not pushy. Overall highly recommend!

Clear the Air Cooling and Heating came through for us in a pinch! We tried calling a couple other companies based off of a Google search, but none were able to help us on such short notice after hours. We should have called Clear the Air first! They provided excellent customer service from beginning to end and at a better price point than what we were quoted at the other companies. Our technician, Jacob Fletcher, let us know when he was on his way, gave a reasonable ETA, and arrived promptly. He was professional and polite. Got to the root of our issue and expedited the solution. Clearly very knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. Thank you for saving us from the heat!
