I provided estimate two days later, but Owner said "I'll forward the estimate...he no longer works for me." After seeing all of the other vehicle related posts in reviews and now getting this totally unprofessional response, I can't imagine anyone dealing with this company or "owner". Luckily, these businesses tend to go bankrupt. The Scarlett St address is an empty bldg....if anyone has a more current address for this company, please post. It would be greatly appreciated.

I provided estimate two days later, but Owner said "I'll forward the estimate...he no longer works for me." After seeing all of the other vehicle related posts in reviews and now getting this totally unprofessional response, I can't imagine anyone dealing with this company or "owner". Luckily, these businesses tend to go bankrupt. The Scarlett St address is an empty bldg....if anyone has a more current address for this company, please post. It would be greatly appreciated.

I was having a problem with my outside unit so I decided to give them a try. The gentleman, David Grantham (looks like that is the name on the invoice) that came was extremely nice and while I got the impression he was new I felt he did a great job and I was extremely pleased. On my invoice it says he replaced our capacitor $50 and charged a $175 service call. But my credit card was charged $233.44, while I wasn’t told there were any other charges I assumed it was tax on the equipment and a fee for paying with a credit card. However, probably should have been noted on invoice. But I didn’t reach out for correction or explanation. It was such a small amount.Fast forward to Dec 27th, I am having problems with the heater. I reached out to him again, left a message and he calls back within a reasonable time. I explained to him the problem and explain that I understand it is a holiday weekend and it can wait until Tuesday after the holiday. He says ok, will have his secretary call me and put me on the schedule possibly in the afternoon. Works for me. Tuesday arrives 9:30am no call yet, so I call Mr. Reynolds, leave a message to find out if I am indeed on the schedule, no reply. 12pm, text him. I texted him instead of calling because the person who referred me to him has texted him in the past and he has replied to them. However, I received no reply. I finally get another number to try at 1:30 and thank goodness Sharon, who I assume is the secretary, answers. She says yeah, you’re on the schedule but don't know when he will get there today but he will be there. I ask them to call about 20 min out so I can leave my office and meet them there. She says "texting him that right now" and not a problem. At 5:45pm no news, call Sharon no answer office closes at 4 message says call Mr. Reynolds number. I call Mr. Reynolds number and leave a message for him to call.It is 11 am on 1/3/24, still no reply from him. I have called someone else at this point since it was below freezing last night. Nice way to treat new customers.Honestly, communication would have been great just a text or call to say, “hey sorry, we had....whatever reason... I wont make it today” would have been good customer service. I can only give one star and that is only because I have to in order to make this review.

David Purvis is the best worker I know in this company , and David is like no other . Whether its getting your air fixed or washing some dishes David Purvis just seems too be there always. David purvis recently visited my house too fix my thermostat and it was limited too 65 degrees but when David touched the thermostat he was able too get it down too 55 . David then proceeded into my kitchen and began mopping . Not knowing what was happening david said “My pleasure” He then proceeded too fold my clothes . And sweep my house . Folks…. It cannot get better than this customer service right here. Please call David Purvis if you need any air problems fixed . Thankyou David

Then he proceeds to follow me so close that I slowed down for him to pass so he could also slow down. I decided to call and ask to speak to the owner or a manager and he said he was the answering service, when I said I wanted to report a driver he hung up. Then he decided it was a good idea to send me a nasty text message. Good luck with your business when you drive like that and then treat people that way. No one I know will ever patronize your business.
