Our wall through HVAC unit popped and spit out sparks Sunday morning. My son is HVAC and opened it up, a 110 leg connector was lose and only connecting intermittently. It blew the circuit board.The landlord uses Charles Stone HVAC and Monday (we had backup heat) they sent out a tech named Kevin, really knowledgeable about his field and very respectful. He was very professional and completed the troubleshooting and determined it was 20 years old and recommended a replacement. I really appreciated his knowledge and respect.On Thursday the new unit arrived, yeah! Stacy and Nathan brought it out, but.......it was a unit for a wall mount thermostat. But they had the correct unit at the shop.....but.....I had a 4pm appointment.They went and exchanged the units, got back with the correct unit and was done by 3:30. Awesome.Stacy and Nathan were also respectful and funny, not funny ha ha, but just enjoyable to talk to and very light hearted men.I really appreciate both of them.I was very surprised at how professional all 3 techs were. I don't get the bill, but I do hope the office only bills for 2 service calls, the 3rd trip was due to the incorrect unit being brought. Easy mistake.

Absolutely would recommend Charles Stone Mechanical! I had Matt and his partner at my house for an entire day replacing a grinder pump and repairing a broken pipe. They did an outstanding job! They worked very hard and diligently all day. They were honest and upfront about the entire project. They kept me updated every step of the way. They left my front yard and landscaping immaculate! Everything was put back with care. Great job by Matt and partner!

Had to get Charles Stone to come out and fix a leak with my hot water heater and Michael done a wonderful job! Was super polite, done a good job, and got it done quick. I've used Charles Stone on multiple properties and have always been satisfied with the work performed. Matt performed complete plumbing and sewer line replacements on two 50+ year old houses recently, and his knowledge and ability to walk us through his recommendations and the work needed was incredibly helpful. He went above and beyond by coordinating with the city water and sewer department, even driving to the town hall to get in touch with the departments in person because they weren't answering their phones.
