I called at 9:30am and they said they could have someone come out between 12-2pm that day. At 11:30am Chris called to say he would be here in 20 minutes! Super timely! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼Both men were very kind and got straight to work diagnosing the problem. Within 15 minutes they had a solution and educated me on how we can help maintain the mini split for better results. We had great conversation and they were done and gone in less than 30 minutes.For the timeliness, quality and kindness, the service and experience was worth the price. He also did a great and efficient job at addressing our issue and getting our plumbing to work again!These are never the repairs anyone looks forward to doing as they can be costly, but the service we received from both technicians and from the initial scheduling call were great- I would refer Champion to others! Glad to have one company that does it all and are friendly and patient!Thank y'all!

Called Champion after reading some reviews and asking for quotes. Initially they said there was a trip charge of $89, which all others stated as well. I messaged the company specifically what was wrong and sent a photo of the damaged valve. The issue was replacing a refrigerator water valve line that failed and was leaking. Agent said they'd send a tech the next day for appointment. I again asked for a quote over the phone stating exactly what the problem was and agent insisted that they had to diagnose the problem before providing a quote.I will also state that Matt did a good job and this isn't on him, but more a commentary on this companies service charges and how they expense their work.Once the problem was diagnosed, I was quoted $650 for a repair. I know plumbers can be expensive, but I couldn't see a charge of $500 for installation of this part and stated as such. Mind you this is a $50 part, to which I expected them to expense it at at least $100 understanding they have upcharges. I went ahead with the work because this house needed the repair in order to get on the market. When seeking plumbers, I'll be better at getting more quotes, but this charge seemed quite excessive for a 45 minute job and valve replacement.This company gets a 2.5 star rating. The work done by Matt was good, but the service cost is very costly, thus the lower rating. Word to the wise!

I had a fantastic experience with Daniel Moreno from Champion A/C and Plumbing. From the moment he arrived, Daniel was pleasant, professional, and upbeat. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions with confidence and care.
