I have had to work with three different AC companies in the past nine months. Chad's was by far the best. We set up a time for him to come by that worked with my schedule. Chad Wiswall came on time, was very professional, and was very thorough. He immediately found issues with the duct work in our attic, even taking pictures to show me. He was very straight forward with me about pricing, what the issues were, and how to fix them (either patching the hole or replacing the duct work). This is the best customer service we have received and I will be using Chad's for all of my future AC needs.

0 star…. Went up more than 10% percent on an estimate from one year previous for no other reason than they could. 10 grand for a system that worked a matter of a handful of days. Questionable that tech sent out to diagnose issue really knows what’s wrong as company has a vested interest in lying about weather issue is mechanical or installation. Not to mention the guy that showed up to check out the problem was blazed to the atmosphere and reeked of marijuana. It’s just bad all the way around. Shop elsewhere.

Justin installed my AC this past summer and I was having an issue with it the other day so I contacted him and he came right out the very next day (it was late at night and he even offered to come out right then but I told him it could wait til the morning). This is the second ac system Chad's AC Direct has installed. The first one (second floor 2.5 ton unit) is now 2 years old; this one is a 3 ton for the first floor. In both installations his team never cut corners. They worked hard to meet our needs. Dylan & Derek installed today's system and did an excellent job. As an example of the caliber of their work, they determined that should future maintenance be needed on the furnance/air handler the entire unit would need to be removed due to the size of the access door. They informed me of an alternate plan that required considerable more time on their part but provided much better access for future maintenance if it would be needed. I went with their recommendation and am very pleased with the result and their commitment to quality work. I will also add that Chad's prices were very competitive as well.
