I spoke with Andi at Burkhardt AC to describe my AC problem, she was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. She had Bailey come out same day. My hard start kit capacitor on my outside ac unit went bad and needed to be replaced. Called after hours and had a tech at my house with in an hour. The system was fixed and back up and running within an hour. The tech was extremely professional as all burkhardt techs are. Great experience! Great communication and response times for off hours. Have been a burkhardt customer for years and will continue to be for years to come!

Parker performed Spring tune-up on a/c system. Very courteous and efficient technician. Hope to have him return when it’s time for our Fall tune-up.

I had an EV charger installed through Qmerit. Burkhardt was fantastic with communication, and the workmanship is top notch. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them on any future needs.

After having multiple subpar experiences and work done from other companies, I reached out to Burkhardt and they were the first to suggest contacting a consultant before any work was done. After consulting with a local home expert, it helped us finally understand issues in our house (+/- pressure, return air) including massive leaks from work done by the former HVAC company. After scoping the work Burkhardt came and performed fixes. So far the house feels better and we cannot speak any higher of the level of customer service that was provided. They seem to be aligned with finding out what the issue is first rather than trying to do things.
