This was, by far, the best experience with HVAC repair, period. I was pretty worried when I knew there was no more hiding it- something was very wrong with my A.C. Kevin was the technician sent my way and he was excellent. He was knowledgeable, patient with my endless questions, experienced for sure, yet was very understanding of my concerns. He was quick to diagnose the issue and fix it quickly. He even tuned up my outside unit and walked me thru it, explaining it all as he went. That was great. The communication, beginning with my initial phone call, was great. The estimated arrival time was also spot on. I felt the price was very fair considering how thorough Kevin was. I highly recommend Brothers Air and will only use them going forward. I will definitely be passing the word along.
