He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why, and even taught me a few things along the way.He walked me through the process—literally—showing me where the water was ending up, and we worked together to confirm everything. John even took time to help explain some issues to my neighbor, which was above and beyond.Let me also shout out Carolyn in the office! She was so kind and patient, listened to all my concerns, and understood how urgent things felt in this heat. I didn’t even make it to the stop sign before I got the message that a technician was on the way. Now that’s fast!This is actually the second time we’ve had them service our AC. The first time, Colby came out and was just as detailed and professional. I honestly love these guys!After watching John work, I’m seriously inspired—he made HVAC look so easy, stayed calm the whole time, and kept a great attitude. He got our systems serviced and running in tip top shape. I'd highly recommend this company if you want great service. Most impressive point about this company was my call at 8 a.m. yielded a technician here at noon. Not sure if anyone else is that responsive. My units were working, but it's glad to know that in a pinch, this is the one I'll be sure to call and get a timely response.
