Two days later we had a great crew on site for a 2 day complete overhaul of our HVAC system. The crew was excellent and willing to go over every detail with us and answer any questions we had. John, Justin, Russell, Huntley and Logan were a pleasure to work with and 5 stars isn’t enough for the service they provided. Taking time away from their families on Father’s Day and a complete new system 3 days later is more than we could have asked for. Thank you John and team.

This company’s employees are the epitome of customer service! Our old system recently went out on one of the colder days. Matt was able to come help us out the same day. It was a big relief that he had the heat going before dark. We met with Robert a few days later to discuss a system replacement. He was very knowledgeable of the products they install. Jacob, Zach, and Gavin all did a great job getting our new system installed and in operation in one day.I cannot say enough about these employees! They were all friendly and great to work with. They listened to what we wanted and were patient with our questions. They were in communication with us so we were aware of what was going on. They do quality work and leave your property clean and neat.These employees and the quality of their products have left us extremely satisfied. We look forward to working with them in the future and will definitely recommend Best Virginia.for heating, cooling, and electrical needs. Job well done!

My husband won Best Virginia’s truck driver HVAC giveaway and were lucky enough to receive a brand new HVAC system for our home! Huntley, Gavin and Logan were great, showed up on time and did a fantastic job installing our new system. They cleaned up after themselves and took the time to show us our new thermostat and system. - A wonderful company who is giving back to the community!

I am so happy with Best Virginia. Their customer service, communication, and response time are top notch. Justin and Austin came this week to check the system and clean it. They were personable and communicated everything that they were doing.We also had Seth Vickers come out to do a courtesy electrical safety evaluation. He communicated everything very well and even played with my dogs.I would highly recommend Best Virginia.

We have had a great experience with this company, especially after the terrible service we had from our home warranty company. For the past year we have been experiencing several leaks and were told by others that :it was normal. I finally decided to try Best Virginia, and so happy I did. First Matthew Ruiz came out and showed us in all three of our units the multiple cracked parts and the incredible amount of mold growth we had. Robert Horton then came in and showed us all of our options and was very easy to work with. The best part, they asked us "when do you want us to come back out?" I couldn't believe that because everywhere else seemed to be 3 weeks to a month out before they could see us. Today we had 3 new units placed into our home. They brought the following team members: Logan Miller, Huntley Schoen, Charles Stallard, Jason Lusher, Gavin Howard, Keith Mount, Jacob, and Zach (I didn't catch their last names). Everyone one of these guys were professional and explained the entire system to me. They were clean with their work and a fantastic crew to have working at our place. I can't recommend this company enough and am so glad we finally switched over to their service. Thank you to all!
