Aztec Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing my polybutylene water pipes in my 3 bedroom condo.They also installed a brand new AC Smith ProLine commercial grade water heater too. Santo gave me a more than fair price of the entire job.Devin and the rest of the install crew were professional and knowledgeable, and Gio repaired the drywall and texture was a master at his craft.Even the Collier County inspector gave his high regards for the quality of Aztec's work.Thanks to all in Aztec community for making me confident in my plumbing!!

My recent experience with Brandon was less than favorable. Although the service I requested was to only have the main water control valve replaced, he arrived last Friday and began talking about the dishwasher, that I needed to replace it. This was communicated to the home watch person. According to the watch person, Brandon asked her why he was there! Was the instruction not on the work order? He called me then to tell me the hot water heater needed to be replaced because it was 14 years old. I advised him it was installed in 2014, so 11 years old. Maybe it does need replacing but after him giving me a price to repair the valve and replace the water heater, I said I couldn’t afford that expense at this time. Then the next thing he said was he didn’t have the parts to replace the valve!! Why would he be sent to replace the valve - if that was on the work order - and not have the part to complete the repair? He also stated he really didn’t have the time to do it because he had another job waiting his attention. Prior to leaving on Friday, he advised the home watch he had turned off the water to the dishwasher to avoid further intrusion but on inspection Saturday morning, she found even more water in the dishwasher than ever for an overnight. She called her brother, a plumber in MN, who along with FaceTime, helped her to turn the valves to suppress the flow. Brandon arrived yesterday morning and completed the repair. However, no attempt was made to sweep up the mess left from removing the drywall within the space and on the floor around the area.Due to the above description, I will not be giving Brandon a 5* rating! He advised me I needed to replace the kitchen faucet and dishwasher as well as the hot water heater. I’m in Michigan for the season and advised him I would be addressing those issues on my return.
