My mother air conditioner was not working, came out and put freon in the unit and charged 300 dollars, did not fix the problem she called he never returned her call all the freon leaked out because there was hole in line that he never fixed. My mother is elderly and he charged her all that money and she had to call someone else to fix her air conditioner.

Had Ledbetter Htg&Air today to fix an air conditioning unit. I could not have ask for a more professional person. He called said he would be at the house within 2 hours. He came sooner. Assessed what needed to be done fixed the problem and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. His price for fixing the problem was more than reasonable. I would recommend this company any time.

Unconcerned and Unprofessional is how I would describe this company. During this Covid-19 pandemic my elderly grandparents air conditioning went out. They were without air for four days. After it was out for two days they called Ledbetter heat and air, they claimed that someone would call when they were on their way. When an unknown number called and my grandfather answered it there was no one responding and no one showed up. My grandfather called the next day and yet again when an unknown number called there was no response and no one came. I called because my grandparents can't go without air conditioning for this long, especially considering they have heart and other serious health conditions. When I called no one answered so naturally I left a message, a woman (or apparently immature person) called me back within the hour. Instead of being understanding of my concern for them in this situation and saying that I really needed someone to come out and look at the unit, she said "I dont take orders from you and if you have a problem with it then you can call someone else" she also told me that I have an attitude. Since she decided to attempt to argue with and disrespect me, my mother in law who had just heard the whole conversation decided to try and speak with this immature person. This immature person was NOT concerned with the fact that no one had been out to check the unit nor that my grandparents needed help, instead she was more interested in trying to be right and in control. This company lacks customer service and respect for their customers. We called City heat and air, they had my grandparents air fixed in one hour without any issue or disrespect. After their air was fixed we called Ledbetter the next morning and told them that we didn't need their service and we had it fixed by another company. My mother in law told her that she was very disappointed in her lack of concern for my elderly grandparents and unprofessionalism, she also told this woman that she was disappointed in the disrespect that she showed me and my family. The woman didn't take responsibility for her actions and tried to blame not only me, but my elderly grandparents for "not sounding elderly or answering their phone". My mother in law didn't get angry or speak rudely to this woman, instead she simply said that we wouldn't need their services anymore and that they lost 4 households worth of customers from this horribly unprofessional experience. The unprofessional woman on the phone tried to argue that we were in the wrong, since you can't argue with someone who thinks they are right no matter what, my mother in law insured that they didn't have a serviceman coming out and hung up on the woman. Its a shame that my grandparents had to go through this horrible experience and know that this company didn't care for their customers in this time of need. My family is very disappointed in this company and the amount of disrespect and disregard for someone's well being. No one should have to experience this, especially in 90° weather. Dont use this company if you want quality service, no low price is worth the disregard and disrespect.
