Amazing service: Quick, Professional, and courteous. Called this morning and it was fixed by noon. Jason Ellis was absolutely phenomenal and all around a great guy. Very knowledgeable and professional. Got in, got dirty, and got the job done. Highly recommend this company, and Jason specifically. I will be requesting him for any future work I need done.

The technician was prompt polite and professional.He was very professional and personable getting everything down efficiently. He was also helpful in making a recommendation to replace a cathedral ceiling grate to make it much easier to replace filters. The current grate has four screws in it and has to be removed completely before a filter can be replaced- he said he would make the recommendation to have a “drop down” grate installed.I believe his name was Michael I apologize if that is not correct - highly recommend Thank you

My compressor had an ice buildup on coil Isaac from ARS Did a diagnostic check and found we needed a new blower motor which is expensive. Good news motor is covered on warranty. There will be labor involved and will need to wait a few days for the part. Isaac will be back with motor to have our A/C running smooth.

My technician, Bradley, was great. He’s the one who did initial tuneup and showed me the mold. He even texted me over the weekend to let me know they’re having a promotion so it’s about 300.00 cheaper than original quote to install the UV light system.

Today, 7/30/25, I had ARS to do a semi annual A/C service. Issac arrived as scheduled and the entire service was coordinated by Natasha.My service technician was Issac. He was everything you want in a technician. Issac was excellent!!!He's was cordial, knowledgeable and very professional.He represents ARS in an exemplary manner. He should be commended!
