I had a great experience with ARS, starting with a young African American male that stopped me at the Waterford Lakes Lowe’s. I believe his name is Jamal, but not certain. I don’t usually stop when people are trying to get my attention in a store. I am usually in and out of the store. He was willing to walk with me as I picked up my items. If not for him I would not have gotten my AC inspected. My AC was 21 years old and still functioning. Not long after Ricky arrived at my home. Ricky was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping find the best unit to fit my needs. Ricky answered all my questions and made the process easy for me to understand. I am a very tough person to sell anything to, but Ricky has to be the best they have. I broke my rule of same day purchase. I was made an offer I could not refuse so to speak lol. ARS sent the absolute best installers to my home. Ask for the father and son team of Nelson and Jacob. Those two guys are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond making my garage look better than it had before. To watch these two men work was jaw dropping. To do what they did requires you to be a carpenter, welder, plumber, painter, weight lifter and electrician. I'm not one to stand over someone while they are working, but Nelson and Jacob were so cool to be around. They are masters of the craft. Both very helpful with explaining all the functions of my new unit. If you have the opportunity to get Nelson and Jacob you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend ARS.

I just had a tune up done by ARS and the tech Eric was very pleasant. He was honest with what we would do with our unit and did an awesome job . He step he did he was informing us why it was being done and suggested we do the tune ups every 6 months. We will be using them again soon

If I could give the Sanford/Orlando branch a negative number I would. The company wanted to charge me $534.00 to clean an AC drain line. When I indicated I'm out on that, the price suddenly became $350 which is still too high. I reluctantly asked them to proceed since they were already there. I have typically paid around $200 for the same service. Ten days later it was backed up again. (A good cleaning will typically last 4-6 months.) I called and they said they would come back and re-perform the cleaning. When I received a call to meet the technician, I headed out to the home. When I got there, the technician was not there. I received no further contact after that. I later called and requested a refund. After multiple calls over several days, I finally received a call from Jennifer who is over "quality assurance". She informed me that there would be no refund for the service. She took the position that they showed up the first time and performed the service regardless of the final result or the fact that the technician failed to meet me at the home for the scheduled follow up. I will not use this company again!

From the moment I called for an estimate for a new air conditioning system, getting quick and same afternoon appointment, to getting the new energy efficient unit completely installed the next day. The sales rep, was very knowledgeable and listened to all my needs. The installer Nelson Valentine and his son are a great install team. Job well done, clean and very professional. I'm one happy customer
