The air conditioner technician not only arrived on time but slightly ahead of schedule. I was greeted by a very pleasant and gentle giant of a man who also happens to be the owner named Leon Ortega. Great Customer Service! I absolutely recommend Leon for his professional installation and complete follow through with high level of service.He fixed the problem w/ the HVAC in under an hour after the first crumby company (who actually installed the unit) couldn't figure it out at all. The AC System was low on freon and was installed less than 18 months ago! Needless to say we will be calling Apex Air solutions from now on.We were given a detailed report on the receipt of the work that was done including the current freon levels so they can be checked in the spring to make sure the unit is running efficiently. Leon even went above and beyond and cleaned the HVAC system at no extra charge because there is a lot of plumbing work being done outside and the dust, dirt, and debris was also interfering with the units cooling capability.Apex Air solutions Services is a straight forward, matter of fact, stand behind their work, and simply trustworthy company. I give them top marks all around.

I don't give reviews very often, if at all. But in this case, I felt it was warranted. It is hard to find a reliable contractor and I reached out to several HVAC contractors before speaking with Leon. He was courteous, helpful and prompt. He visited the same day to inspect our system and his team came out the next day to install our new A/C. His price was very competitive and they did not compromise on quality. His entire team was professional and highly qualified. They did a fantastic job and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend apex air solutions. They are easy to work with and explain everything that is wrong. They walk through what they will be doing down to the T. The gentleman that came to my home was polite and gave me all options that I can take. I definitely will keep this companies number in my phone.Updated- 3/25/17We needed freon added to our ac unit again to get ready for summer. APEX saved the day yet again. I recommend this company. The tech that came out was very nice and professional. They let us know that we will need to update our ac unit pretty soon and he discussed all options we had. The one thing I really like is they didn't make me feel forced to have to purchase one right away. I know when we do update our system I will definitely go with apex.

Leon is fast, friendly and honest! My AC went out after 8pm, I put a call in to Apex Air and within 20 minutes Leon was here. He was able to diagnose the problem and get it repaired quickly!! Highly recommend!!

Our A/C went out and I called and spoke with Leon about having someone come take a look. After sending him my info, hours went by and I never heard anything. I called to make sure he got my info and to request an ETA and was told he would call me back, never did. Another 2 hours went by and another gentleman showed up and while he did fix the AC, he did not give us a price until after everything was done, which seems unprofessional to me- what if it was something that could not be afforded? He bypassed a piece of the unit and told us he would have someone reach out to us the next day (it was, at this point, after hours) for payment and a quote for replacement parts so they could come back out and hook everything up the way it is supposed to be. The friendly bookkeeper called to take payment the next day but did not know anything about what the servicing technician was supposed to pass along- she told me she would have Leon call me back. Still have not heard anything. While my issue technically was fixed, as my A/C is working now, I am still needing replacement parts to have the A/C hooked up the way it is supposed to be hooked up (will look elsewhere). Everyone was friendly enough, and they did end up getting the A/C running the same day, but I am dissatisfied with the communication this company has to offer so I will give 3 stars instead of 5.
