★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1(PART 1) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LACKING INTEGRITY. This has been the worst interaction with any company my family and I have ever used in our lives. They are liars. They are cheaters. They are scammers that would cut corners on a job for their own mother. Do not trust what they say and do not trust what they do. I want to make it abundantly clear that the heating/air unit in our family's home was installed brand new by Airforce and they are the only company that has ever laid hands on it up to and during all of the issues that began this past June 2025.We not only paid for the brand-new install which ran $10,000+ but have also paid religiously ever since for the annual inspection that equates to a unit inspection every 6 months. About a year ago we noticed some brown spots on the ceiling underneath the heating unit. We called Airforce and they came out. They said that the condensation pan had corroded/rusted and was leaking and needed to be replaced. Within a short time they replaced it. Some more time went by and we noticed that there were more brown spots again that felt damp to the touch. In June 2025 they came out for the inspection. We advised of the spots and they went up to check it. They advised that the pan had not been installed correctly, it was not level. Also, the main drain out was clogged. They stated that they cleared all the drains (clog was due to algae they said) and releveled the pan. A couple days later we had a slow drip of water coming out of the ceiling underneath the location of the pan. At this point I went into the attic to check for myself and was absolutely gob smacked. The condensation pan was completely warped on every corner, water backed up overflowing into our ceiling. The pan was about 40% full of soaked insulation with a depth of about 5". The pan was so warped and out of level, the water could not reach the drain out pipe on the pan, which by the way was connected at an upward angle. Water cannot travel vertically last time I checked. We called them back out (visit 2) and they went back into the attic to look at the pan. They said the same thing basically. The pan isn't level and the drainpipe is clogged. They supposedly cleared the main drain out again and releveled the pan. I wasn't available that day, so the next day i went up and checked their work. THEY DID NOTHING. The pan was full of water, insulation still covering about 40% of the pan, water still overflowing into the ceiling. At this point, going on the request for third visit, I made it abundantly clear.1.REPLACE THE PAN.2.RELEVEL AND SET A NEW FOUNDATION FOR THE UNIT.3. REANGLE THE DRAIN OUT PIPE SO THE WATER CAN DISPURSE.We were told the manager was called and he approved the replacement and in addition, would set a metal grate base to take care of the issue of the pan and level problem. It's very important to note, that the paper-thin metal condensation pan was installed with no foundation. It was simply laid across some 2x4's. With the weight of the entire heating unit on it, the pan warped causing all 4 corners to bow upward leaving a crease in center bottlenecking all of water out one end of the pan. The opposite end of the pan from the drain out. We literally had three inches of water filled with insulation on one end, bone dry on the other, which again, was where the drainpipe was connected. The water had no other option then to pour out into our ceiling.
Aug 28, 2025 · John OrrCame out quickly no long waiting. The tech did a thorough job inspecting my 3 units and gave a report verbally and email. Love it will highly recommend and will be my service provider for now own and the military discount helped alot.
Jul 13, 2025 · DeDee P.We were very pleased with the service Noah provided in fixing out HVAC problem. So satisfied, we purchased a maintenance plan with them to help maintain our air conditioner. From the time I called to report the problem to the time Noah was dispatched, was around an hour and a half.I highly recommend Airforce to come and service your air conditioner unit.
Aug 21, 2025 · Billy WhiteColin was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. This company was quick to come and do the service. High Recommend! Thanks again Colin!
Jun 10, 2025 · Sean LedfordGood luck. I paid over $8,000 for a COMPLETE NEW hvac system. I guess that they decided that it was acceptable to finish the foam insulation with old foam and tape that I had from my old hvac system that was over 10 years old. Why couldn’t they grab more materials when they ran out? Why did they decide to use my OLD foam and tape to finish the job? I will never know. Why? I can’t get a soul to call me back. Everyday I call, and everyday I’m told that they will call me. They never do. I feel that they took advantage of me because I’m disabled. I paid for a brand new HVAC system which should have included all new materials. I’m disgusted and disappointed that I gave them my money only to be treated like I don’t matter. They have their money now so I guess nothing else matters 🤷♀️🤷♀️
