Before signing anything, make sure they actually have the equipment ready. The salesperson only offered the discount if I agreed to a next-day install. I initially mentioned the following day, but he insisted it had to be the next day — so I made arrangements to accommodate that. After agreeing to everything, I was told the equipment wasn’t even available. That completely changed the dynamic. I’m now reconsidering and may cancel the deal altogether to shop elsewhere. It feels like making the sale mattered more than following through.Update (Post-Installation):The installation experience was messy and not professionally executed. I had to tell them how to design and route parts of the system because they weren’t proposing solutions on their own. If I hadn’t spoken up, they would’ve done a poor-quality job without hesitation.One major issue is the line set running in the backyard — I mentioned it multiple times, and this is still the best they’ve come up with. I’m still waiting for them to come back and correct it.They did get the ceiling patched, but a lot of this could’ve been avoided with proper planning and attention to detail. Overall, the process lacked the professionalism I expected from a company of this reputation.

They’re not open on Sundays like it says online. I had a technician come on Thursday to fix my until, apparently I needed a new blower and control board which cost me $2200. Welp, Saturday evening my AC stops working the same way it did the first time. I tried calling on Sunday because it says they’re open 7 am - 9 pm, I get the annoying AI voicemail and it turns out they’re closed Sundays. I went 2.5 weeks without my AC and now I have to do it again! Why did I spend so much money for a system that worked only for a couple days??? It’s 95° outside and 80°+ in my home, it is unbearably uncomfortable and the lack of sleep is affecting my work. Acosta, please contact me ASAP, this is ridiculous.EDIT: Good news is they were able to come back with a new control board and get that replaced within the week. Bad news is the new control board worked for all of one day before breaking again because the root problem still has not been solved. During my visit with Daniel last week, he pointed out that the condensate pan underneath the unit had water completely filled up, and that’s what caused the control board to fry up.I had asked for help during the next visit to clear out the other condensate lines so that this does not happen again. During the next visit on Thursday the board was replaced and I had asked about the water in the pan. I was told there was none, most likely due to evaporation with it being about 120°F in the attic. I had asked if the technician could help me clear the lines or find the issue, but was told it would be expensive and then was left to deal with it myself. I checked THE NEXT DAY and the pan was completely full and water was leaking through the ceiling and down my walls. The OSB is completely damaged and now I have to worry about my drywall and insulation having water!What’s going on Acosta, my time and money has been completely wasted. This is an issue you were aware of, an issue I had brought up during the next appointment, and it was completely ignored. I am going on nearly a month without AC now during the peak of summer, and now need to wait another week, month, months?? Just to get this issue fixed.

The best customer service ever. They called quickly after contacting them online. Then they provided a fair proposal immediately and installed our new mini-split within 2 days. Andy was wonderful! He kept me informed of his arrival, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He discussed possible issues with my AC and got it working again with me only having to pay the diagnostic fee.
