Ace and A (in theAtlanta area) are a wonderful company to deal with. Their customer service is A+++. They communicated about every visit with calls from the office to remind us and from the technician to pinpoint his time of arrival.Jermaine the engineer knew so much and helped explain what he was doing and why. He worked very hard, had years of experience, and was a true perfectionist. A very pleasant young man.We also received “over and above” customer service from Carol in the office. She alerted us that the unit was still under warranty (which she didn’t need to have done) and saved us quite a bit of money. We are very grateful for all the help she gave us.We highly recommend this company - a small family firm with excellent skills and customer service.

I have been a customer of ACE & A for over 20 years. They are a small family-owned business who operate with the highest level of integrity and provide quality service! Fred is my service person, and he is always professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I trust him and know he would not recommend any additional services I wouldn't need. They installed 2 new units (energy efficient) for me back in 2010 and they are both still running strong! I also have a maintenance agreement with them at a very affordable price for 2 visits a year on both of my units. I would highly recommend using them! Vicki M.

3 years ago I was recommended Ace and A to take over the service and a new unit replacement by one of my partners at work. Unfortunatly my recent experiance was well below expectations and honestly if they called as quick as they did when they wanted money they would be a great company. I returned from Vacation to find my new unit that they installed 3 years ago was not working. I already had a service call out for Monday so called and they said that would be the earliest they could arrive. I took Monday afternoon off. No Show ! I had to call to find this out ! Tuesday am they show and a part is needed that will take 3 to 5 days. (No Air in AUG so you can imagine how hot it was here in Atlanta) I had to call and follow up and eventually the part arrived and I had to schedule another call. 7 days later the following Monday they arrive only to say the part is the wrong one. Told they need to order the new part and it will be 3/5 day again. Finally arrives and they come Thursday (3rd time taking a half day) and guess what its wrong again. At this stage my patience had worn thin. I called and spoke to Rick the manager and they put a rush order on the part and came out Saturday am to fix it. Monday within an hour I got two calls from Rick looking for payment ! I told him if only they were as proactive in getting the problem resolved they would be a great company. Sorry to say not a great customer experience.
