I dropped it off at his house at 2pm and he tested for leaks, installed a refill valve, and flushed/refilled the system and was calling me at 5pm same day ready for pick up! It was reading 60 degrees when I dropped it off and now it's reading 35! He didn't try to sell me any parts didn't try to up the price. He was straight to the point no BS and got the job done. He also will come to you I chose to drop it off cause I figured it would take longer then it did! I will 100% be saving his number and contacting him if anything ever comes up in the future!

Our initial conversation I was met with a lecture about homeowner absenteeism bc I couldn’t be home for the repair, which he requested to do same day he called. Excuse me? Some of us work for a living and you calling at 9am doesn’t provide enough time for me to rearrange my schedule. I was able to have my mother come by and allow them to work on my washer and dryer. They reported the dryer as fixed and needed to order parts for the washer. The following week he called back to repair the washer (same day again). I obliged and my mother sat through the “repair”. I return home from vacation that afternoon and attempt to wash clothes but now the dryer will not turn on. I call Mike again and inquire if they would be coming to repair the dryer as it will not turn on. He asked me to hold due to his other phone ringing. He proceeds to answer the call leaving me on hold for 2 min and then hangs up. I call back 3 times and he finally answers with an attitude about all his phones ringing and he can’t get to them fast enough. I responded that I was sorry but that was not my issue referring to my dryer again. He tells me to call my warranty company to send him back out. I inquire about them warranting their work. He tells me it doesn’t work like that. Frustrated I then call my warranty company and they put in a recall for them to come out. He calls 2 times within 2 minutes and leaves no msg. I return the call, leave a voicemail and continue to call for a week straight, going straight to voicemail. I finally call the warranty company and they explain he called me multiple times with no answer & refuses to come back to my home bc I left him a bad review on the warranty site. I am appalled at this point because of the lack of quality with their service, communication and professionalism. He could’ve easily told me that on the phone instead of ignoring me for a week. Additionally, what decent company would not try to turn the review around & fix the issues? How can you be upset bc I honestly reported the terrible service I received? If you wanted a better review you should have treated me better and actually did your job. So as of now I have a working washer (hence the 1 star) and a dryer with a shot door lock (which you claimed to repair). So here I am on Google to double down on my review of this 💩 company. I sincerely hope you hire a receptionist in the future. It would cut down on your customer frustration and improve scheduling.

Fixed my Microwave (needed new turntable motor), Oven (could have ordered new $300 control panel, but able to fix the old one for much less), and refrigerator (water dispenser and ice machine).He even knew my 2006 refrigerator model and the insulation issues that cause ice to form in the water line. Again, knew the simple solution of thawing the door rather than telling me it’s broke.Great guy, I have no idea why he only has 3 stars, definitely an honest, skilled electrician that I will use in the future.
