72 Degrees sent a service tech the same day I called and after a thorough inspection determined that my unit needed replacing. They explained everything that was needed and why. They were able to replace the old unit the next day. Everyone from the service inspector to the owner and installation techs were very professional, knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend 72 Degrees.

72 Degrees HVAC sales persons came to our home to price out installing a new HVAC System to us for the home. The sales person inspected the attic and compressors and then showed me a photo. It was of the 1.5 Carrier's Air Handler and the fan blades were completely covered with black mold. Really bad appearance.Just today 06/09/25 I'm having this system replaced by another HVAC DEALER out of San Antonio and it was removed from the attic and I have attached a photo I just took of the Air Handler. The Air Handler actually looks very good for a 20 year old unit, and you can see that it has NO MOLD at all. What a ripoff company 72 Degrees HVAC appears to be to me now. Conclusion: Watch out what HVAC company you deal with or you may end up with a company like 72 Degrees.

My AC went out and I called another company and they were supposed to come at 1 o’clock. But I got a call at noon saying they couldn’t come until next Wednesday. I then called 72° and they sent somebody out. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous. Way to go Christian.
